I am a dual board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist, a Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP), and a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. I also hold a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and serve as a Voluntary Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Houston Tilman J. Fertitta Family College of Medicine. Based in Houston, Texas, I maintain a full-time clinical psychiatry practice providing evaluation and treatment across the lifespan.

In addition to my clinical practice, I provide forensic psychiatric consultation, including psychiatric record review, independent medical evaluations on a selective basis, and life care plan review and critique in personal injury, disability, and other civil litigation matters involving psychiatric claims.

Since 2023, I have completed approximately 190 medicolegal psychiatric record and charge-review assignments. In selected cases, I have provided comprehensive written opinions addressing psychiatric causation, the relationship of treatment to the claimed injury, the relevance of preexisting conditions, and future psychiatric treatment needs. My experience also includes deposition testimony.
